Before founding Cormant, Paul spent 15 years with DHL managing major IT projects across the globe. Paul is passionate about the need to manage IT infrastructure better, he has had first hand experience of the consequences of poorly managed infrastructure in large IT environments. Paul travels extensively meeting current and prospective customers, working with them to improve their management, control and reporting processes with CableSolve. Paul believes that by 2013 every data center will require an IT physical layer infrastructure management solution and his mission is to ensure that the majority run CableSolve!

Paul worked for six years as an independent IT consultant for various multinational corporations, primarily in the air express and banking industries. He has been responsible for managing the development and implementation of new technologies in these industries, including a global mobile data solution, a global network imaging project, and integrated electronic payment systems. Paul has lived in Asia for 9 years and has an MSc in Telecommunications and Information Systems.

Randall was a pioneer of the structured cabling industry in Australia and is the founder of Syndeticom Pty Ltd. Syndeticom has grown into one of Australia's largest independent structured cabling installers. He has designed, managed and provided consultancy on the installation of structured cabling systems in many Asian countries, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines. Syndeticom is responsible for setting up and managing several of the biggest structured cabling installations in Australia.
